I know like 28 inches or something is the standard size for an acoustic guitar. But I know that can’t be very comfortable for a small person, with short fingers. =) So does anyone know what size acoustic guitar would be perfect for me. I have a very small frame.

if you think youll just have problems with the fret sizes, you can always use a capo (which is a little clamp that squeezes the strings down on a higher fret) which i know a lot of younger players or smaller players do when first starting out. which capos are only like 10-30 bucks at any music shop. i think thatd be easier than finding a unique guitar size. Go to the store and try a few out - it’s the best way to find out what suits you.

There’s a few useful tips on buying a guitar here -

Small fingers are no barrier to becoming a great guitarist. I had a friend at High School who had incredibly small hands, but he was an awesome guitarist. The famous jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt played solos with just 2 fingers -.

Don’t let your small frame hinder you. You’ve decided you want to play - that’s great - just go for it! Joseph Hawking
