Homey asked:

I have a guitar that you have to clip the strap on to the bottom or the neck, by the body. Not on the head of the guitar. I have a levi suede strap with one thick side and the other thin side. Which side goes where?

you know the scratchy leather side? That goes onto the guitar and the finished leather shows, its pretty simple but your probably better off getting a power lock strap those things rock. They are only $20 and keep your guitar alot more safer Anthony

the thin side generally goes to the neck, it is more comfortable to play that way, or thats how i have my levi strap anyways. Jake

Your question isn’t clear but it sounds like your asking which side of the guitar strap should be resting on your body and which side should be facing away from you. If that is your question do what is more comfortable. chewy2y

The thick side goes over your shoulder, the thin side goes to the back of the guitar gtarczar
