depends on the difficulty of the job. To just swap out one pickup for another that has similar size and wiring, probably around $50. To do a more complex job, like routing out the guitar body to fit a pickup that is bigger than the one you are replacing, or changing wiring (say, installing active electronics in place of passive, or installing a transducer on a guitar that doesn’t have one) I would expect to pay between $100 - 150.

Get references too. You don’t want somebody ruining your guitar. Ask around and find out who the local musicians bring their axes to Soulmate
anywhere between 30 -100 depending on the guitar and pickup. (assuming you already have the pickup)
And yes guitar center and most guitar shops can do this Kris
