What guitar pedal is good for playing things similar to Avenged Sevenfold?

I would recommend the Digitech Metal Master pedal. I have depended on this pedal for years and it is the most versatile pedal for metal i have ever used. It has a morph switch where you could adjust to the tone you are looking for. It could get tones from hard rock to extreme metal.

Like Trevor, I also have the Metal Zone and I like it a lot but honestly have not tried any other “metal” type distortion pedals. I do have a RAT and a Fulltone Full-Drive 2 that I love, but they aren’t for metal. ddrum
