Joe Satriani has been using the same guitar series for years now. It is an Ibanez JS series guitar
However, what you are hearing is more of a culmination of Satriani’s use of effects pedals and carefully selected amplifiers.
He used a Marshall for the better portion of his career, but currently uses a custom Peavy amp (which is AMAZING should you get to play one).
