What equipment do I need to play my guitar through my car speakers?

    wouldn’t a practice amp do the job? You can brodcast over FM with a mp-3 adapter “I-Rock” From Radio Shack. And 1/4 inch phone plug to 1/8 inch head phone cable male on both ends..

    You’ll need to make sure that your head unit (CD player) has an ‘auxiliary input’ this will be located on the back to the CD player in the form of a pair of RCA style connectors. If so you will also need some sort of preamp such as an ‘art mp1′ plus the appropriate adapters (1/4″ mono to RCA Stereo) to connect the preamp to the cd player’s aux input.
