What do you think is the more versatile guitar?

I’m planning to get an electric guitar but I’m havig diffuculty choosing. I have three options to choose from. The first one is a Squier Tele HS Fat Tele which is nice guitar when I tried it in a guitar store.
My second option is a Gibson Les Paul Studio Silverburst which has push pull for going to humbucker to single coil.
And my final option is a warmoth fat tele custom guitar.
