What brand of electric guitar would be best recommended for a beginner?

I’d probably go with ibanez or BC rich.
I play BC Rich and I love mine.
BC rich is a good brand and you can find some relatively cheap guitars.
when you go to buy it I recommend at least trying to find a store that carries the guitar and trying it out.
Every guitar is different and you want to make sure its comfortable to hold and to play and that you like the sound it makes. Most stores will let you try them out through one of their amps.
ALSO if you’ve never played before, acoustic is WONDERFUL to start on. Its good for your hands and fingers and its good for song writing. You can take anything you play on acoustic and put it to electric and it seems easier. Melissa
Like Melissa said, Ibanez is a awesome choice, I got a squire fender stratocaster, which is good too. If you’re looking to play thrash metal or any metal a Ibanez with a Line-6 Amp is your best choice A
