What are the corresponding buttons on the Wii controller for the Guitar hero game?

I remember that u can play Guitar hero for Wii without the actual Guitar control part of it. I have done it before but i can’t remember. If you remember the buttons that replace the green, red, yellow, and orange that would be greatly appreciated.

Red = B
Strumming up and down = Arrow buttons
Start = +

it’s incredibly hard to play like this in anything higher than medium. Edgarska
