How long does it take for fingers to get used to playing a guitar?

I have a guitar with steel strings, and i have been playing my rental one (nylon strings) for like a month but not practicing, obiously my fingers hurt like crazy with the steel strings and i have had it for 3 days and i practice everyday for like 2 hours.

What causes the A string on my guitar to hum when I play the upper E string?

What is the difference between a classical guitar and a flamenco guitar?

I have been playing the steel strings for a long time and am thinking about exploring the classical style. Any recommendation helps. Thank you.
