I ordered last saturday and theres no guitar center in my town but i live not too far from dallas and theres one there. What day would it be shipped to my house?

How smart is it to send a guitar by parcel post?

I have been told that shipping something valuable by parcel post is a bad idea, and after buying a guitar off of ebay, i hope i dont regret having it shipped by parcel post. Also, I had it shipped from florida to texas and it shipped out last wednesday and is now monday: could i expect it wednesday? Thanks for any replies.
