My guitar sounds off compared to other guitar tuned with the same tuner. Is something wrong with it?

The other guitar when playing a G sounds correct even when compared to an electric. Is something wrong with my guitar? Do I need new strings or is something wrong with the body?

How to tune a miniature guitar?

Any suggestions on how to train my ear to recognize notes without a turner of guessing? I know this is important to learn to play better but no idea how to go about it.
And the local book store and guitar center does not sell such books on the subject.

I don’t know much about tunning my guitar and I don’t have a guitar tuner so I was wondering how I can do it.
Oh by the way, I can tune my guitar to standard tunning but I do it using harmonics.
