Can you record good quality guitar with just a Guitar Hero microphone?

Now I know this obviously isn’t the best way of recording good quality guitar
But is there any way I can get the recording up to a studio quality sound? Or maybe not studio quality, but y’know… good quality.
Also, would recording with a different program enhance quality?
Where can i buy a cheap guitar that works with all rock bands and guitar heros for ps3?
