guitar center is a really good place for anything that has to do with guitars.
Check your yellow pages for a “Luthier”. If none are listed, your local musical instrument store might know someone who does this kind of work.
I hope you mean an electric. Painting a spanish or flat top guitar may ruin the tone (Been there, Done that!)
Check with all your local music stores for a bulletin board or ask them for referrals.
We had one painted by a local musician that painted and repaired guitars on the side, he only charged us about $50 and did a high qualtiy, professional job. It looks like new.
