I want to start playing the guitar and I have no idea what to do?

you mean tabs which are available free everywhere on the web. im like your brother. one day i felt like being a rock star and bought a guitar. took a few lessons and quit. and now i barely play it because i don’t know how. im sure there are tutorial videos on youtube.
The very very first thing you should do, is buy a simple guitar chord book and start learning simple chords. Then learn smiple songs with those simple chords. Work on that for now.
