    The amp can be modified with a switch to turn off the internal speaker.
    Use a 4.7k ohm resistor to attenuate the level coming from the amp so it is only giving out 1 watt maximum for headphones.

    All this can be incorporated in a 6.3 mm (i/4 inch) socket if you drill a hole for one in the amps case Mismobismo®™

    If your amp has any type or line out or record out you can get a simple headphone amp and connect the line or record out of the amp to the headphone amp line input - very easy:
