How do you use guitar hero controller/guitar to play call of duty?

Don’t think you can, I played Armored Core with a dance pad years ago as a handicap. I couldn’t look up and down do to the controller not having all buttons assigned. The Guitar is the same way, it has a dpad for the menu and then the face buttons. But it does not have all of the shoulder buttons or a functioning joystick so side to side will not work. jason
Not possible. Even if you could somehow get it to work, you wouldn’t be able to play very well at all. Bob
