How could i make my guitar practice more like a game?
dididid asked:
I have always played guitar but i always knew something about myself and that was that i only dedicate myself towards things when its set up like a game and i have to work to be the highest and best at that game. So i always wanted to apply that to my guitar playing so i would just be stuck to it. What’s the best way i could set this up to be like that.

Get the tabs of the songs you would like to play and play it as if you got nothing else to do. You will love that
guitar hero game, most systems
wii music maybe? nintendo wii
guitar tabs app on facebook
good luck, guitar rocks! and rolls
How about having a friend stand next to you with a baseball bat and cold cock you every time you miss a note…that would certainly increase your initiative to play better and it would be really fun for your friend at the same time. If one of your friends isn’t available I’m sure your little sister or brother would be glad to play along. Have fun!!
See how many chord changes you can do in a minute and keep on trying to beat it, alternate between 2 or 3 chords and pick the ones you struggle with. I use to struggle with going to a bar chord and an open chord. Don’t try to rush it make sure each chord is clear. I wouldn’t recommend doing it with scales because its best to take time with them and only speed up when each note is clear.
find someone on your level of playing and challenge!
