What is the difference between a dreadnought acoustic guitar and a regular acoustic guitar?
I have been playing for about 2 years now I want to buy a new acoustic guitar and i keep seeing dreadnought acoustics and i wanted to know the difference and if it would be better for me to buy that kind.

Ok, well I`m planning to get a Lauren Classical Guitar ( which is a beginner guitar), and i want to know the difference between a beginner (student) guitar and a regular one. I know student guitars are more for learning the chords and things like that, but can u still play on it? Like songs and stuff? anything please??
Is it possible to customise your guitar fretboard?
I know that it is possible to scallop your fretboard in order to make bending and shredding easier.
However is it possible to add inlays to your guitar fretboard yourself?

I would not like to buy a new fretboard as it is too expensive, I would like to do it myself, as that would be relatively cheap.

What steel string acoustic guitar is good and cheap?
I’ve been self teaching myself guitar lately but I only have a really cheap classical guitar at home. Strumming is horrible on that guitar. Can someone recommend or give me some tips what brand and model guitar i should go for?? My budget is around HKD1000. Thats around USD100-150. Oh and if any of you guys come from hong kong. Do u know any second hand shops?

How do I tune a guitar to drop-c with a floyd rose tremolo bridge set to standard tuning?
I have a michael kelley hex deluxe with a floyd rose locking tremolo system that is currently set for standard tuning with the coils and string gauge. I just need to know how exactly to set everything on my guitar to switch it over to drop c tuning.
How do you pick up guitar and cello if you can already play other instruments?
I have played violin for 10 years, piano for 4 years, flute for 2 years, and I can also play viola because it’s so similar to violin. I love the sound of cello and bassoon though, and guitar’s awesome and convenient. Is it hard to pick guitar and cello up with my prior instrumental background? Would I need lessons, or can I just learn these based on my prior knowledge of violin, viola, and chords/music theory?
